Remind Yourself How Beautiful Nature Is;

Posted on

I’m a city boy, I love everything about a city—the energy, the people, the buildings, the noise—and would cry suburgatory if you stripped me away from the city life. But after watching this Yosemite timelapse video, I might take a sabbatical into nature myself. It’s so gosh darn beautiful.

And peaceful! And full of life. Real life! I love how the night sky shines and rotates. I love how the snow is so peaceful. The green of the trees! I’m even flipping out at how gorgeous the rocks are. God, why would anyone want to live in a city after watching this. Nature, man. Nature.

The timelapse video of Yosemite was made by Sheldon Neill and Colin Delehanty with a Canon 5D Mark II. I have heard and read about Yosemite in different blogs and I remember it being beautiful, but this ?? Really amazing;

Kamran’s Baradari;

Posted on Updated on

Going from Lahore to Shahdara Town and crossing the Ravi river bridge, one must turn his eyes towards a white, historical building covered with trees and crowded with many visitors; Situated at bank of bank of Ravi, this building is termed as Kamran Ki Baradari, the only significant architectural structure built by Prince Kamran exists today;

That was April of last year when, coming back from Shahdara town, I instantly turned my car on side road leading to this building, just to extinguish the thrust of  my saunterer soul;

Here’s an excerpt:

Madison Square Garden can seat 20,000 people for a concert. This blog was viewed about 69,000 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Madison Square Garden, it would take about 3 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
